1. Information we collect
When you submit a Request for Quote, rental request, or contact form, we collect the fields you provide: name, company, email, phone, requirement details, and any attachments. If you enable a browser feature that reveals your IP, that address is logged for rate-limiting only.
2. How we use it
Submissions are stored in our Payload admin so a specialist can respond. The routed department receives an email copy so nothing falls between systems. We do not sell, trade, or rent your data.
3. Retention
Submissions are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship plus the statutory retention window (Egyptian law). You may request deletion at any time.
4. Cookies
The site uses strictly-necessary cookies for form security (CSRF, rate-limit, Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled). No advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
